Privacy notice
Last updated: 1 November 2026
This notice explains what happens to your data when you join the Darifly waitlist on darifly.com. The Darifly app itself is not live yet; it will have its own privacy notice.
Who is responsible
Darifly is responsible for your data. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store:
- your email address,
- the language of the page you signed up on,
- the date and time you signed up.
The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics. Fonts are served from darifly.com itself.
Why we use it
We use your email address only to tell you when Darifly launches and to invite you to early access. We do this because you asked us to by joining the waitlist (your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us; we then delete your address.
Who helps us
- Supabase stores the waitlist in a database in the EU.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs Turnstile, a check that keeps bots off the waitlist. Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots.
Both work on our instructions under data processing agreements and do not use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until we have sent the launch invitation, and no longer than 12 months after Darifly launches. If you ask us to delete it earlier, we do so straight away.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this notice, we update this page and the date at the top.
